This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete sales process from beginning to end, including titling, licensing, and the creation of legal sales documents.
• Collaborate with both potential and existing customers to collect all necessary information aimed at improving their overall experience.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle sales regulations set by local, state, federal, and other regulatory bodies.
• Assist the Inside Vehicle Sales Manager in optimizing sales efficiency by streamlining support tasks and enhancing existing procedures.
• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in Sales or administrative support is essential.
• Excellent written communication abilities are required.
• Experience in customer service from any industry is acceptable.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including keyboard shortcuts, file management, basic Excel navigation, and collaborative spreadsheet work.
• Must be organized, personable, comfortable with technology, and eager to contribute positively within a tight-knit team.
