Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer standards.

• Conduct monthly vehicle inventories at dealerships while adhering to designated deadlines.

• Carry out necessary visual inspections and accurately record vehicle and audit details.

• Provide timely and precise data to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.

• Operate independently, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timelines.

• Travel to automobile dealerships to inventory used vehicle fleets, documenting VIN, equipment configuration, pricing, and mileage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

• Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi internet access is necessary for data submission.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.

• Self-motivated with strong time management capabilities.

• Must reside within a reasonable distance of the assigned vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 25 miles for scheduled audit assignments.

• Proficiency in using required tablet-based applications and systems for completing vehicle inventory and audit tasks.

• Availability during the daytime on weekdays to fulfill recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit duties.

• No prior automotive experience is necessary.
