This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Execute assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer standards.
• Conduct monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships within specified deadlines.
• Perform necessary visual inspections and accurately document vehicle and audit details.
• Provide timely and precise data to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
• Travel to automobile dealerships to inventory used vehicle fleets, capturing VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage.
• Capability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Personal mobile device and/or wi-fi Internet access is necessary for data submission.
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.
• Self-driven with robust time management abilities.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of the assigned vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 50 miles for scheduled audit tasks.
• Proficiency in using required tablet-based applications and systems.
• Availability during daytime hours on weekdays for recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit duties.
• Capability to complete a video interview.
• Candidates must not utilize generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless expressly permitted.
• Paid training – No prior automotive experience necessary.
