Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Visit designated automobile dealerships to assess used vehicle inventories

• Record each vehicle’s VIN, equipment details, pricing, and mileage

• Perform audits of automotive repair facilities within a designated region

• Execute assigned audits in compliance with OEM and manufacturer standards

• Carry out visual inspections and accurately document audit findings

• Provide timely and precise data to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market assessments

• Operate independently while adhering to quality benchmarks and meeting deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi Internet access necessary for data submission

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required

• Capability to work outdoors under various weather conditions

• Must reside within a reasonable distance from the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 50 miles for scheduled audit tasks

• Proficiency in using tablet-based applications and systems

• Availability for recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments during daytime, weekdays

• Self-driven with strong time management abilities
