Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Travel to designated automobile dealerships to assess used vehicle inventories

• Record vehicle details including VIN, equipment setup, pricing, and mileage

• Conduct audits of automotive repair establishments within a specified region

• Execute assigned audits in accordance with OEM and manufacturer standards

• Perform necessary visual inspections and accurately document audit findings

• Provide timely and precise data to support audit initiatives, reporting, and automotive market assessment

• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi Internet connection necessary for data submission

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required

• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the designated vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 50 miles for scheduled audit tasks

• Proficiency in using required tablet-based applications and systems

• Availability during daytime hours on weekdays for ongoing monthly assignments

• Self-driven individual with effective time management abilities

• A video interview is mandatory

• No prior automotive experience is necessary
