Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Perform designated audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer standards.

• Execute monthly vehicle inventories at dealerships by specified deadlines.

• Travel to automobile dealerships for the purpose of inventorying used vehicle fleets.

• Record VIN, equipment specifications, pricing, and mileage for each vehicle.

• Carry out necessary visual inspections and accurately document both vehicle and audit details.

• Provide timely and precise data that supports audit initiatives, reporting, and automotive market assessments.

• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Capability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.

• Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi Internet access required for data submission.

• Dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are necessary.

• Self-driven with strong time management abilities.

• Must be able to reside within a reasonable distance from the designated vehicle inventory route and travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit tasks.

• Proficient in using required tablet-based applications and systems.

• Adequate availability during daytime hours on weekdays for recurring monthly vehicle inventories and scheduled audit responsibilities.

• A video interview is mandatory.

• Candidates are not allowed to utilize generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless explicitly permitted.
