Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Perform designated audits at automotive repair facilities following OEM and manufacturer standards.

• Conduct monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the specified deadline.

• Travel to automobile dealerships to assess used vehicle fleets.

• Record vehicle details including VIN, equipment configuration, pricing, and mileage.

• Carry out necessary visual inspections and accurately document vehicle and audit details.

• Provide timely and precise data to assist with audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.

• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work outdoors under various weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Personal mobile and/or Wi-Fi Internet access is necessary for data submission.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.

• Self-driven with strong time management abilities.

• Must reside within a reasonable distance from the assigned vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit tasks.

• Ability to use required tablet-based applications and systems to carry out assigned vehicle inventory and audit responsibilities.

• Must maintain sufficient availability during daytime hours on weekdays to complete monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit tasks.

• Video interview is mandatory.

• Candidates are prohibited from utilizing generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless explicitly permitted.
