This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Oversee the solution architecture for implementations of Veeva Vault CRM and Veeva Commercial Cloud.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to convert business objectives into scalable solution architectures.

• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture evaluations.

• Design comprehensive solutions that encompass CRM, integrations, data management, reporting, security, and AI.

• Develop solution architecture documents, process workflows, integration diagrams, and technical design specifications.

• Provide technical guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Work alongside project managers, business analysts, developers, QA teams, and Veeva Product teams.

• Evaluate functional and technical designs for compliance with Veeva best practices and enterprise standards.

• Assist with data migration, master data management, and integration strategies.

• Proactively identify technical risks and propose effective solutions.

• Present architectural recommendations to client leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Assist in proposal development, solution estimation, and pre-sales activities as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in delivering enterprise software solutions.

• At least 5 years of practical experience in designing and implementing Veeva CRM or Vault CRM solutions.

• Proven experience in leading multiple end-to-end Veeva implementation projects.

• Strong knowledge of life sciences commercial and medical business processes.
