This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Propel territory expansion by acquiring new business and enhancing existing accounts within peripheral, cardiovascular, and associated specialties.
• Take full ownership of territory management, including account strategy, segmentation, forecasting, and revenue accountability.
• Cultivate and sustain robust clinical relationships, ensuring KOL engagement and consistent customer interaction.
• Facilitate product adoption through case support, training sessions, demonstrations, and clinical education.
• Strategically position products within pricing and reimbursement structures to maximize commercial success.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity, converting insights into effective commercial strategies.
• Collaborate across departments with Marketing, Customer Service, and internal stakeholders to implement go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• 4–5+ years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
• At least 2 years of experience in peripheral vascular, cardiology, or neurovascular markets.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and fostering territory growth.
• Strong knowledge of clinical applications and anatomy.
• Capacity to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard sales tools.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong skills in prioritization and time management.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated attitude with the capability to work independently in a field-based position.
• Valid driver's license.
