This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overseeing key funnels and conversion metrics: analyzing the user journey from the initial click to the purchase, pinpointing bottlenecks, and implementing hypotheses to enhance conversion rates;
• Detecting gaps in current user journeys, assigning tasks for landing page, offer, and nurturing mechanism tests in collaboration with marketing, design, and sales teams;
• Fostering robust synchronization between Marketing, Product, and Sales: gathering insights from the sales team (objections, customer pain points, buyer profiles) and translating them into decisions for acquisition, content, and product launches;
• Involvement in launches of new features, courses, and significant internal initiatives within existing brands;
• Ensuring alignment of offers across landing pages, creatives, email communications, and sales scripts with the motivations of the target audience;
• Functioning in a hypothesis-driven growth environment: testing concepts, evaluating results, and scaling initiatives that positively affect revenue.
• 3–4 years of experience in marketing / PMM / growth / product marketing, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, or industries with a prolonged sales cycle and high ticket value;
• Strong grasp of marketing analytics and product metrics: CPL, ROMI, CR1 / CR2, and funnel conversion metrics;
• Capability to make data-driven decisions even when faced with limited or imperfect datasets;
• Profound understanding of the following sequence: audience → message → product → landing page → target action;
• Experience in conducting customer development interviews, JTBD interviews, competitor analysis, and thorough audience segmentation based on pain points and jobs-to-be-done rather than just demographics;
• Proficiency in AI is essential: ability to utilize AI tools for research, insight synthesis, hypothesis generation, and workflow optimization;
• Native-level fluency in Russian (C2) and German proficiency at B1 level or higher;
• High degree of autonomy, confidence in defending ideas to stakeholders, and capacity to work across different functions.
• Collaborate on a smart, impactful EdTech product;
• Fully remote work from anywhere in the world (excluding Russia & Belarus);
• Service agreement with a German company;
• Monthly compensation of €2300–2500;
• Access to courses provided by our educational center;
• Paid vacation days and sick leave allowance;
• Opportunity to thrive in a flexible startup environment where professional and career growth are highly valued;
• All the necessary tools and resources to build strong cases and grow alongside the project.
