This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies across the EMEA region, closely collaborating with regional Sales leadership, Regional Marketing, and EMEA Marketing priorities.
• Facilitate product adoption and enhance commercial performance by fostering strong partnerships with local sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist in product launch endeavors, which include market analysis, pricing contributions, KOL engagement, launch planning, and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Examine market dynamics, clinical trends, and the competitive landscape to pinpoint growth opportunities and support data-informed commercial decisions.
• Create value messaging, marketing materials, and sales enablement resources to bolster product positioning and foster effective customer engagement.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and essential clinical stakeholders throughout the EMEA region.
• Plan and implement regional marketing campaigns, congress activities, scientific education programs, and workshops to enhance clinical awareness and adoption.
• Provide structured training programs to commercial teams to ensure comprehensive product knowledge, procedural understanding, and effective communication of clinical value.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure cohesive execution of regional priorities and maximize customer impact.
• Around 5 years of experience in MedTech, preferably within interventional endovascular therapies, with a strong advantage for exposure to interventional cardiology.
• Experience with Interventional Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology, or other pertinent interventional clinical specialties.
• Comprehensive understanding of the EMEA healthcare landscape and customer dynamics in relevant markets.
• Experience in supporting or managing product launches within a MedTech setting is highly advantageous.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to convert market insights into actionable tactics and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging credibly with clinical stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on, and structured approach to work, demonstrating strong ownership and focus on execution.
• A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to facilitating commercial success.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in additional European languages is beneficial depending on market focus.
• Willingness to travel around 50–70% across the EMEA region.
