This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Enhance sales of peripheral embolization products and improve customer satisfaction within the designated territory.
• Collaborate daily with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and support the use of peripheral embolization products.
• Aim to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Cultivate relationships with current hospitals, labs, and clientele.
• Identify and establish connections with potential customers and users of Penumbra peripheral embolization products, converting them into Penumbra clients.
• Confirm and renew existing orders by managing product availability, delivery schedules, and inventory status.
• Maintain open communication with current and prospective customers regarding programs, promotions, and pricing trends.
• Enhance account penetration through orders for both new and existing peripheral embolization products and services.
• Build relationships with physicians, lab personnel, lab supervisors, and procurement staff.
• Be prepared to travel multiple days or nights each week to support the position and peripheral embolization product line.
• Keep accurate records of sales expenses, customer files, and field sales reports, providing necessary updates as required.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of experience in medical sales, including at least 3 years in medical device sales or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• A background in sales or marketing is preferred.
• Strong clinical, technical, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and competitive setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
