This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Engage in proactive outreach to both potential and current VIP clients via phone calls, written correspondence, and internal CRM systems;
• Advocate for company products and services to high-value clientele;
• Utilize effective negotiation strategies to turn leads into long-term customers;
• Create and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and retention;
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor;
• Track client activity and pinpoint opportunities for growth and engagement;
• Keep precise records of client interactions within the CRM platform.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher;
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Thai;
• A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a similar discipline;
• Demonstrated experience in the financial sector, ideally in sales, account management, or business development;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities;
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• A high degree of responsibility and professionalism in dealings with VIP clients.
