This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of regional accounts, overseeing regular communication, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring long-term partner satisfaction.
• Track and assess partner KPIs, including sales volume, conversion rates, revenue, and margins. Create and deliver monthly performance summaries, support high-level business reviews, and assist leadership with the company's largest accounts.
• Oversee the technical and marketing 'buyflow' for partners, which includes evaluating digital customer journeys, confirming the functionality of API integrations, and ensuring compliance with partner brand guidelines.
• Employ testing to discover opportunities for enhancing partner performance within the Updater ecosystem.
• Actively seek chances to boost average revenue per order (ARPO) by refining partner compensation and commission structures. Aid in negotiations for additional incentives connected to high-value product tiers and premium service adoptions.
• Manage the administrative lifecycle of partnerships, including tracking contract changes, overseeing commission reconciliation, and collaborating with internal legal and compliance teams for industry-specific regulatory obligations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business operations, including direct experience with large national or regional companies in telecommunications, home service providers, or utility sectors.
• Skilled in data analysis and visualization tools to monitor performance trends and develop sales forecasts (e.g., Looker or comparable business intelligence tools).
• Strong capability to manage intricate checklists and technical specifications for digital integrations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting data-driven insights to mid-level and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively juggle multiple partners and internal cross-functional projects at once.
• Exhibits a strong ownership mentality with a proactive approach—constantly identifying opportunities, taking initiative, and driving results from start to finish.
