This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, develop, and secure new B2B2C distribution and bundling partnerships within sectors such as Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Pay TV, Retail, Travel, Mobility, Loyalty, and related industries.
• Manage the entire business development process from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Create persuasive commercial business cases and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
• Lead strategic and contractual negotiations with C-level executives, VPs, and Directors.
• Design large-scale partnership frameworks, including bundled subscription models, minimum guarantees, and integrated content solutions.
• Collaborate across various functions including Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Account Management to structure and execute partnerships.
• Facilitate a seamless transition of signed partnerships to the Account Management and Channel Marketing teams.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and best practices in partnerships to support go-to-market and expansion strategies.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and expansion of the platform throughout Europe.
• Over 6 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Channel Partnerships, or Alliance Management.
• Extensive experience with B2B2C partnership models and enterprise distribution partnerships.
• Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and finalizing high-value strategic deals.
• Experience in sectors such as Digital Media Streaming/SVODs, subscription services, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Loyalty Programs, Consumer Digital Services, Hospitality, or Travel.
• Strong commercial acumen coupled with excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience managing intricate enterprise sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to engage confidently with C-level and senior decision-makers.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality.
• Solid understanding of customer engagement, subscription ecosystems, and value-added digital services.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong analytical abilities and confidence in using Excel and developing commercial business cases.
• Passion for digital media, content platforms, and technology-driven consumer products.
• Proficiency in German at a native level (or a minimum of C1) and very strong English skills are required.
