This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships while managing a healthy P&L with the current portfolio of accounts in our Direct, SOW, and MSP sectors.
• Create a robust sales strategy to achieve or surpass sales goals by exploring new opportunities, categories, and clients.
• Collaborate with senior management on new initiatives and programs that drive growth.
• Develop strategies to explore innovative methods for meeting team objectives.
• Work alongside the proposal team to identify and address RFIs and RFPs.
• Conduct regular onsite visits with clients to build rapport and cultivate enduring, beneficial relationships.
• Participate in community networking events to foster additional business connections.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders, department heads, stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
• Regularly monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and client scorecards.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for all existing clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and identify new growth opportunities for your portfolio.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education or work.
• Over 10 years of experience in Strategic Account Management and Business Development.
• More than 5 years of experience with Direct, SOW, and MSP-based clients in the commercial sector.
• Preferred 3+ years of experience in the oil and gas and energy industries.
• Proven track record in sourcing, qualifying, and completing RFI/RFPs.
• Experience in developing sales automation systems, processes, and utilizing the latest technologies and AI for task automation and outreach.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Leadership skills to establish and implement a clear vision, strategy, and goals.
• Commitment to growth and development—knowledgeable or willing to learn what is necessary to deliver results and compete successfully.
• Must be tech-savvy and current with the latest technologies and recruitment trends.
