Vascular Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Specialist offers support to one or more regional sales teams focusing on market development, procedural coverage, troubleshooting, education and training, customer service, and follow-up.

• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and team members to create and execute a regional strategy aimed at enhancing market share and elevating service quality for customers.

• Establish effective communication channels with the Regional Sales Manager and Territory Managers to ensure successful implementation of the plan and attainment of quarterly targets.

• Build relationships with hospital staff to broaden contacts across different departments, identify key decision-makers, and facilitate future sales opportunities.

• Engage with current and potential customers to discern their clinical needs, objectives, and constraints related to patient care, while showcasing how Company products can assist in achieving their goals.

• Provide education to existing and prospective customers regarding the advantages and appropriate clinical usage of Company products through presentations and demonstrations, utilizing slides, flow models, brochures, and various other formats.

• Keep customers informed about the latest advancements in products, therapies, technologies, and current industry topics of interest.

• Act as the primary resource for clinical support concerning procedural case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and follow-up for Company products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in communications, neuroscience, biology, or a related field is required, along with additional training and certification in radiology, neuro-interventional technology, or a related discipline, and at least 3 years of experience in a hospital environment or a medical device company, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A background in sales or marketing is preferred.

• Strong clinical, technical, and organizational abilities are essential.

• Must be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, and competitive setting.

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
