This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Works collaboratively with essential PVH stakeholders to design, organize, and implement service strategies.
• Facilitates the execution of significant initiatives to meet Vascular Area objectives.
• Provides guidance and leadership to clinical staff in the designated area.
• Enhances personnel performance by cultivating and inspiring Service employees.
• Oversees all clinical support activities and programs within the area and district.
• Identifies service opportunities through analytics and/or field visits by clinical specialists.
• Addresses service opportunities by providing coaching or developing specific measurable projects.
• Collaborates with district and territory Area Sales Directors to ensure effective and efficient scheduling.
• Works alongside the sales team to coordinate and implement strategies aimed at achieving service-related business goals.
• Leads and drives initiatives focused on enhancing PVH Vascular expertise.
• Partners with the National Service Director, Area Sales Directors, and Vascular DMs to meet business objectives.
• Promotes accountability by adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely documentation of clinical service activities.
• Provides continuous feedback and coaching to direct reports; conducts regular performance reviews and goal-setting discussions.
• Manages the service team to deliver exceptional service and technical expertise.
• BA/BS in engineering, life sciences, healthcare, nursing, exercise physiology, or business.
• 5 years of proven experience in healthcare, specifically in field clinical/sales support roles.
• 2 years of direct management experience in a healthcare organization.
• Demonstrated understanding of business principles.
• Experience in a healthcare-related field.
• Ability to comprehend and learn the technical aspects of the business.
• Skilled in managing, coaching, and developing both managers and employees.
• Capable of strategic and critical thinking; adept at executing strategies.
• Experience at Medtronic in a role that interacts with the PVH vascular field organization.
• Familiarity with the local cardiac customer base.
• Awareness of PVH vascular service coverage requirements for implants and follow-ups.
• Background in sales, marketing, training, healthcare, technical services, or related fields within the medical device industry.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
