📋 Description

• The Vascular Access Sales Specialist is tasked with developing and sustaining ICU Medical’s Vascular Access & Blood Collection business within a designated territory.

• This role emphasizes enhancing territory profitability and growing the existing customer base by promoting ICU Medical products and fostering relationships with new clients.

• Ongoing post-sales implementation support is provided to ensure that ICU Medical customers have a consistently positive experience.

• The Vascular Access Sales Specialist will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and synchronize daily activities to achieve and surpass the annual revenue targets for Vascular Access and Blood Collection.

• Acting as the clinical expert and consultative problem solver at the field level for clinical and supply chain contacts is essential.

• Effective communication with Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, and Operations Teams regarding product performance is necessary to enhance organizational outcomes continuously.

• It is required to meet and exceed all established annual performance objectives set by ICU Medical for the Vascular Access Sales Specialist role.

• Special projects will be undertaken as they arise and are assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 21 years old.

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of success is required, preferably in medical device sales, with established relationships in key regional health systems, along with experience in needle-free infusion therapy products and services.

• A background in Vascular Access, blood collection, and/or infusion therapy products is preferred.

• A proven history of achieving quotas and growth in territory, as well as developing existing customer relationships with Supply Chain, is necessary.

• This position mandates active compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to fulfill the essential functions of the role at customer locations.

• While fulfilling the responsibilities of this role, the employee may need to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, depending on customer needs.

• A valid driver’s license is required, and the employee must comply with the Authorized Driver Policy to operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.

• Frequent travel, exceeding 50% of the time, is typically expected.
