This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize the company's commission software, specifically Varicent’s Incentive Compensation Management, to calculate commissions.
• Timely record all commission and variable pay accruals and payments as per established deadlines.
• Conduct review procedures to ensure payment accuracy.
• Assess and process relevant documents for completeness and necessary approvals.
• Reconcile commission balances effectively.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• A BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance is required, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in commission calculation/accrual is necessary.
• Capability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including skills in pivot tables and CSV file uploads.
• Experience with NetSuite, Varicent’s ICM (Commission Tracking Software), SalesForce, and UKG is highly preferred.
• Shows a commitment to learning and utilizing AI-enabled tools.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Strong communication skills are required, including phone etiquette and the ability to communicate professionally in both verbal and written forms.
• Ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility in work schedule is required.
• Primarily remote workforce (U.S. based only, with potential travel for specific positions; on-site work may be necessary for Federal roles).
