HR-IT Referent Personaleinsatzplanung – w/m/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Technical support and further development of our scheduling and workforce management systems, particularly ORTEC and LOGA-Zeitwirtschaft.

• Analysis, optimization, and standardization concerning personnel deployment planning, working time management, and evaluations.

• Design, implementation, and documentation of system modifications, along with testing, quality assurance, and approvals during system changes.

• Creation and enhancement of evaluations, key figures, and reports.

• Professional leadership of the 2nd-level support team and management of external service providers and internal departments.

• Point of contact for our facilities and participation in projects aimed at digitalization and process optimization in the HR field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training with further education in the HR field (e.g., Human Resources Specialist) or a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in scheduling and working time management, as well as with scheduling systems, ideally ORTEC, LOGA-Zeitwirtschaft, or similar.

• Knowledge of collective bargaining law, employment contract guidelines, and working time regulations, ideally in relation to the health or social sector.

• High affinity for systems and IT, experience with system interfaces, and proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work approach.

• Strong communication and consulting skills, along with a passion for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
