Senior Director of HR – Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Regional HR Leaders for EMEA and APJ.

• Serve as the liaison between the business and the Centers of Excellence.

• Engage in strategic workforce planning and high-impact leadership recruitment.

• Manage the Employee Relations and HR Operations teams across the Americas.

• Direct and guide a diverse team of professionals.

• Supervise the HRBP that supports IT, InfoSec, Legal, HR, and Finance.

• Leverage data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or Finance (Master’s/MBA is preferred).

• Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in leading HRBP teams and HR Operations.

• Demonstrated success in managing HR functions for the Americas.

• Outstanding ability to collaborate across varied time zones and functional departments (COEs and Regional Peers).

• Skilled in transitioning between high-level organizational strategy and practical operational problem-solving.

• Diplomatic and persuasive communication style; capable of influencing C-suite stakeholders and international colleagues.

• Strong familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, and the company's technology stack.
