πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the main HR contact for practice owners and practice success managers, fostering trusted relationships throughout our multi-state operations.

β€’ Offer advice on employee relations issues, performance management, organizational structure, and workforce planning.

β€’ Guide managers in effective people management, conflict resolution, and team development.

β€’ Collaborate with leadership to comprehend business needs and convert them into practical HR strategies.

β€’ Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across all operating states.

β€’ Keep current with healthcare and ABA-specific regulations, licensure requirements, and workforce compliance standards.

β€’ Oversee leave of absence administration (FMLA, state-specific leave laws) and ADA accommodations across different jurisdictions.

β€’ Promote a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven culture within a distributed workforce.

β€’ Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to guarantee a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

β€’ Analyze HR metrics and trends (turnover, engagement, time-to-fill) to discover areas for improvement and present insights to leadership.

β€’ Maintain precise employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS.

β€’ Aid in the development, documentation, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

β€’ Engage in compensation benchmarking and total rewards analysis in conjunction with the HR Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role or a generalist position with HRBP responsibilities.

β€’ Direct experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or a healthcare/clinical services setting.

β€’ Demonstrated experience supporting employees across multiple states, with a working understanding of multi-state employment law.

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

β€’ Active HR certification: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.

β€’ Strong employee relations skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues with discretion and consistency.

β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment characterized by ambiguity and changing priorities.

β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of influencing others without formal authority.
