This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Overseeing daily HR administration and addressing employee inquiries through the shared HR inbox.
β’ Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless and compliant employee experience.
β’ Preparing, issuing, and monitoring HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and policy updates.
β’ Maintaining precise employee records within HR systems, ensuring data integrity consistently.
β’ Collaborating with IT, Finance, Operations, and managers to facilitate comprehensive HR processes.
β’ Assisting with benefits administration, tracking absences, and managing employee lifecycle changes.
β’ Supporting HR reporting, audits, and compliance initiatives, including ISO-aligned documentation.
β’ Assisting in HR meetings by taking notes and tracking actions and follow-ups.
β’ Identifying areas for process improvement and promoting continuous enhancement within HR operations.
β’ A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or people operations support.
β’ Solid understanding of HR processes and fundamental UK employment laws.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
β’ Experience with HR systems (HRIS) and maintaining employee data.
β’ Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
β’ A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
