• Drive Member Engagement and Program Success: Oversee and manage strategies to enhance member engagement and ensure program effectiveness.
• Deliver Training and Workflow Optimization: Create, implement, and assess engaging training programs.
• Develop and Maintain Educational Resources: Produce and sustain a diverse range of learning and support materials for programs.
• Lead Change Management and Continuous Improvement: Assist members through transitions in operations.
• Promote Program Innovation and Professional Development: Aid in the continuous advancement and enhancement of programs.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical or hospital environments.
• A minimum of five (5) years of Epic Training experience in a comparable position.
• Certification or proficiency in PACE, Healthy Planet, and Compass Rose.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in Instructional Design.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles.
• Demonstrated skills in project management.
• Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design, and knowledge management.
