This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• In the role of Sales Training Manager, you will be the chief architect behind the capabilities of our sales team.
• Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere instruction; you will develop a system that equips every representative – from newcomers to experienced professionals – with the skills, psychological tools, and technical know-how necessary to surpass new patient objectives.
• You will connect our growth strategy with field operations, ensuring our messaging remains consistent and that we maintain an industry-leading market share.
• Take ownership of the 'Time to Productivity' metric.
• Create and implement a 30-60-90 day onboarding program designed to prepare new Business Development Managers (BDMs) for the field with confidence.
• Transition from 'one-off' workshops to comprehensive learning pathways.
• Foster a thorough learning culture through micro-learning, role-playing simulations, and weekly skill refreshers.
• Collaborate with Sales & Ops leadership to design onboarding training and continuous content aimed at enhancing the confidence and effectiveness of clinician sales efforts.
• Develop and tailor an effective sales methodology and collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to integrate this into daily workflows.
• Ensure complete adoption and proficiency in our CRM (Salesforce) and BI platform (PowerBI) in collaboration with the Sales Operations Manager.
• Work alongside Sales Leadership to analyze referral trends and documented sales activities to devise targeted training interventions that address specific bottlenecks.
• Generate impactful sales resources, including field playbooks, objection-handling scripts, and competitive value propositions to support the team in capturing market share.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional sales experience, including at least 2 years in a dedicated Training or Enablement capacity.
• Proven Track Record: Candidates must have experience working in a referral sales environment.
• Facilitation Skills: Exceptional ability to command a room (or virtual Teams meeting) with a history of inspiring and influencing others through compelling logic to drive referral growth.
• Visual Storytelling & Instructional Design: Proficiency in creating impactful, professional PowerPoint presentations that simplify complex 'sales motions' and clinical referral strategies into easily digestible, visually appealing training modules.
• Brand Alignment: Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum content that embodies Ivy Rehab’s 'All About the People' culture and core values, ensuring a consistent 'One Ivy' aesthetic across all training materials.
• Data Literacy: Capability to analyze a CRM or BI dashboard to determine whether the team requires assistance with 'Discovery' or 'Closing'.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and AI-driven coaching tools.
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, including advanced animations, embedded media, and interactive elements to enhance 'relationship excellence' and trainee engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: A goal-oriented leader with a successful track record of working collaboratively across functions at all levels of an organization.
