Field Training Specialist – Commercial Laundry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Educate customers' laundry service teams on the operation, maintenance, and basic repairs of LG’s commercial laundry equipment, ensuring proficiency.

• Offer technical support to customers through phone consultations or onsite visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LG commercial laundry equipment.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding machine performance, document findings, and collaborate with the factory team to identify areas for enhancement.

• Collaborate with customers to install and oversee test products, ensuring they meet customer expectations for quality prior to launch. Conduct site visits, report findings, track issues, and work with the factory to implement improvements before launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in conveying complex technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Solid understanding of commercial laundry equipment and systems, including troubleshooting and basic repair skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills for cultivating strong client relationships and addressing issues swiftly and professionally.

• Ability to think quickly and analyze complex problems under pressure to develop effective solutions.

• Residency in Illinois is preferred, but open to considering the right candidate regardless of location. Remote work is possible when not traveling.

• Approximately 50% travel is necessary to support customers onsite and provide training.
