This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Establish the European Value and Access Strategy
• Create and implement a comprehensive, integrated access strategy for your therapeutic area throughout the product lifecycle
• Convert scientific innovations into persuasive value propositions for payers and healthcare systems, ensuring affordability and sustainable patient access
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for product launches, ensuring effective pricing, evidence generation, and value communication strategies
• Innovate contracting methods and Managed Entry Agreements (MEAs) to support affordability within healthcare systems and enhance patient outcomes
• Contribute to global pricing strategies while maintaining regional alignment and providing timely market-specific insights
• Act as the voice of access within the organization, motivating and influencing global, regional, and country teams
• Work closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Development, HEOR, and Finance to create differentiated evidence packages that are relevant to access
• Represent Teva in external key forums, influencing the broader healthcare and market access environment
• Develop and distribute an “Access Toolbox” to country teams to ensure consistent and effective local execution across various market archetypes
• Formulate and advocate for a strategic vision for access within your therapeutic area, driving innovation and positive outcomes for patients and payers
• Stay informed about evolving policies, HTA processes, and payer trends, especially within the EU4 + UK markets
• Lead advisory boards and utilize insights from regulators and stakeholders to refine strategies and evidence requirements
• Anticipate and analyze market access trends to guide future strategy and investment decisions
• Over 5 years of senior-level market access experience at a country or regional level
• More than 3 years of global or ex-US regional experience in leading access strategies across various healthcare systems
• Proven proficiency in early drug development, shaping access strategies from pre-launch to commercialization
• Experience in developing HEOR, pricing, or payer negotiation strategies, ideally across a range of European markets
• Demonstrated success in product launches, ensuring market preparedness and quick uptake
• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities, capable of influencing senior stakeholders within a matrix organization
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives for payers.
