This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
⢠Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across various customers and channels.
⢠Drive sales within the designated territory to achieve approved business goals.
⢠Interact with customers both face-to-face and through virtual platforms.
⢠Create and execute business and territory call plans, along with live and virtual engagement strategies.
⢠Establish rapport and foster relationships with customers in both live and virtual settings.
⢠Utilize digital and virtual tools, as well as internal reports and analytics, to pinpoint and pursue strategic business opportunities.
⢠Compliantly leverage approved product information, disease state knowledge, and patient resources.
⢠Assess market insights, barriers, and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other pertinent channels.
⢠Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and promote Pfizer's objectives.
⢠Accurately and compliantly complete customer call entries, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
⢠Bachelorās Degree; or an associateās degree with 6+ years of experience; or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
⢠A minimum of 2 years of experience in professional sales/promotional activities, small business ownership/entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience.
⢠Must reside within 25 miles of the territory's border.
⢠Valid U.S. driverās license and a driving record that meets company standards.
⢠Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years disqualifies candidates from employment.
⢠At least 1 year of preferred experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing.
⢠A strong track record of success in sales or marketing is preferred.
⢠Preferred strong territory management skills.
⢠Outstanding communication skills are preferred.
⢠Demonstrated teamwork, leadership abilities, and accountability are preferred.
⢠Experience in the Vaccines therapeutic area and related products is preferred.
⢠Knowledge of customers and markets within the posted territory is preferred.
⢠Preference for candidates residing within the territory boundaries.
⢠Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
⢠U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available currently or in the future.
⢠Permanent work authorization in the United States is required for this position.
