This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Act as the Team Lead for the WV-QIP Phase II initiative
• Direct the creation, evaluation, and execution of quality improvement frameworks
• Organize and facilitate activities for stakeholder engagement
• Supervise the evaluation of performance data from VA Medical Centers
• Guide and provide technical support to project team members
• Track project advancement in relation to set timelines
• Over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration
• A Bachelor's Degree is required
• An advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred
• Capability to obtain and maintain access credentials for VA facilities
• Must have authorization to work in the United States
• Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams within a federal contracting or government program setting
