This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform outbound B2B cold calls to uncover potential opportunities and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Investigate prospective clients and compile relevant business information.
• Keep CRM records up to date with precise prospect and client details.
• Develop and oversee lead lists through online research and database management.
• Monitor outreach activities and metrics related to appointment setting performance.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other communication methods.
• Organize and manage spreadsheets, reports, and documentation related to sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to bolster business development efforts.
• Ensure that all interactions with prospects are accurately recorded within CRM systems.
• Support lead qualification and management of the sales pipeline.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, business development, lead generation, or sales support.
• Background in conducting outbound B2B cold calling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional and neutral English accent.
• Exceptional research and information-gathering skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data management.
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining organization and precision.
