This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take charge of comprehensive business development for integrated facility services within the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of intricate, multi-site opportunities across both regional and national portfolios.
• Identify and actively pursue target accounts within industrial manufacturing, food production, logistics, and distribution networks.
• Spearhead consultative discovery processes, ensuring solutions align with operational KPIs such as uptime, throughput, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from plant leadership to executive and corporate functions.
• Design integrated service models that meet operational requirements, optimize labor, and achieve long-term performance objectives.
• Collaborate with internal operations and engineering teams to create, price, and position effective solutions.
• Lead responses to RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain pipeline discipline and ensure accurate forecasting through the use of CRM tools.
• Meet revenue, margin, and contract value targets.
• 7–10+ years of experience in solution-based selling within the realm of industrial services, facility management, or outsourced operations.
• Direct experience engaging with manufacturing, production, or distribution environments.
• A demonstrated history of securing large, multi-year contracts (typically exceeding $1M annually).
• A comprehensive understanding of integrated facility management models, encompassing both technical (hard) and service (soft) elements.
• The capability to convert operational challenges into clear financial and business results.
• Experience managing lengthy sales cycles and engaging stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
• Strong collaborative skills, working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and finance teams.
• A degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel based on client locations (approximately 50–70%).
