This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Manage the entire sales process within the Banking & Financial Services sector in LATAM, encompassing prospecting, qualification, structuring, contract signing, and client onboarding.
β’ Oversee and cultivate a portfolio of high-value target banks, acquirers, PSPs, and wallets, guiding each through a systematic pipeline to successful closure.
β’ Develop and foster relationships with VP and C-suite decision makers at financial institutions, positioning Yuno as a reliable payments infrastructure partner.
β’ Lead intricate commercial proposals and negotiations, crafting deals that align aggressive growth objectives with sustainable partnership economics.
β’ Create account-specific engagement strategies, including customized pitch decks, ROI models, and competitive positioning analyses.
β’ Collaborate across teams including Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Operations to ensure smooth deal execution and client transitions.
β’ Collect, synthesize, and relay client and market feedback to guide Yuno's product roadmap for financial industry applications.
β’ Maintain thorough pipeline management in CRM (Salesforce), providing accurate forecasts and continuous progress updates to the VP and senior leadership.
β’ Represent Yuno at industry events and client meetings, serving as a credible authority in payments and financial infrastructure.
β’ Assist the VP in developing the vertical's go-to-market strategy by identifying market trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities in real time.
β’ Native Spanish speaker with advanced proficiency in English required.
β’ Over 7 years of demonstrated experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar roles within B2B payments, banking, fintech, or a related field.
β’ Proven success in closing enterprise deals, particularly with banks, acquirers, or large financial institutions.
β’ In-depth understanding of the Latin American banking and acquiring payment ecosystems, including regulatory frameworks, clearing infrastructure, and key market players.
β’ Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and familiarity with Agents.
β’ Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and the Google Workspace suite.
β’ Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at thriving in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
β’ Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to independently build financial models and business cases.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience in selling payment technologies, acquiring, or issuing solutions to financial institutions.
β’ Established network of contacts within LATAM financial institutions.
β’ Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese.
β’ MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
