This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and enhance sales processes to guarantee top-tier client service.
• Generate new business by identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and cultivating relationships throughout the team.
• Guide the team in acquiring new leads and expanding the pipeline through conferences, cold calls, referrals, job boards, and various outreach methods.
• Expand existing accounts via strategic account development, nurturing client relationships, and resolving issues.
• Track team KPIs and productivity to ensure equitable workloads and clearly defined, quarterly goals.
• Create pricing schedules, quotes, and proposals; negotiate contracts to achieve team sales objectives.
• Meet personal and team sales targets, including quarterly revenue goals and year-over-year growth.
• Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to foster departmental and company growth.
• Supervise the development and delivery of client-facing service presentations.
• Establish and maintain sales process strategies that optimize client revenue and ensure partnership success.
• Cultivate a competitive and supportive team culture focused on account success and enduring client relationships.
• Provide continuous verbal and written feedback to team members regarding performance, expectations, and initiatives.
• Train and mentor new staff on client advising, service presentation, objection handling, and consultation.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in healthcare recruitment.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales management.
• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Preferably experienced in managing a healthcare sales team.
• Experience in physician recruitment is preferred.
• Proven track record in selling to and building relationships with healthcare employers and organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop sales personnel.
• Strong history of meeting sales targets, revenue goals, and quotas.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills at all levels.
• Proven skills in problem-solving, issue resolution, and strategic brainstorming.
