This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Advocate for Veterans seeking VA Disability Compensation.
• Oversee all facets of representation for claims and appeals related to VA Disability benefits.
• Conduct interviews with Veterans.
• Review and assess medical and military service documents.
• Draft appeals accompanied by comprehensive written summaries and supporting evidence.
• Participate in hearings.
• Assess claims for potential appeal.
• Travel to hearings is mandatory; we promote the use of the BVA’s virtual hearing option.
• Must be an Accredited Claims Agent by the VA Office of General Counsel.
• At least one year of experience in representing Veterans for VA Disability Compensation.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A minimum of a four-year college degree is required.
