UX/UI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and create user-focused interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively convey design concepts.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and understand user needs.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.

• Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.

• Implement responsive designs utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Optimize user interfaces for enhanced speed and scalability.

• Keep current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX.

• Engage in design reviews and refine designs based on constructive feedback.

• Ensure that all designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design and development.

• Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first methodologies.

• Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing.

• Excellent prototyping skills to effectively present design ideas.

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and practices.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

• Experience in working with design systems and style guides.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).

• Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary design trends and industry best practices.

• A robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and problem-solving capabilities.
