📋 Description

• Utilize analytical and intuitive design thinking to convert business needs and requirements into compelling customer-centric experiences.

• Design straightforward, user-focused experiences that are based on research, usability principles, and best practices in Human-Centered Design.

• Oversee and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications, final design assets, and overall experiences.

• Establish and uphold scalable design patterns, contributing to the consistency of the design system across various products and services.

• Champion user needs while balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and project scope.

• Ensure that design team members comprehend the requirements set forth by business analysts and product owners.

• Assess and analyze customer/feature utilization, identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance customer experiences.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of Tieto services, customers, and use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a digital product development setting.

• Solid understanding of Human-Centered Design principles, UX methodologies, and user research techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in creating information architecture, user journeys, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.

• A strong portfolio showcasing analytical thinking, the UX process, and native mobile solutions.

• Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, FigJam, Whimsical, Mural, or similar applications.

• Capability to translate intricate business and technical requirements into user-friendly experiences.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.

• Experience in validating concepts and enhancing solutions through user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder insights.

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and features, including Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.

• Exceptional organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in mentoring, guiding, or coordinating design team activities.

• A collaborative, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
