Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the End-to-End Design for Clasp Talent

• Create designs for four distinct personas

• Advance the Design System

• Simplify complex workflows

• Prototype and validate concepts

• Engage closely with users

• Collaborate with the Marketing team

• Enhance the quality of visual design

• Incorporate delight and personality into designs

• Utilize AI workflows effectively

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design

• Proficient in designing both consumer-facing acquisition flows and data-rich operational tools

• Capacity to comprehend and design for a large, interconnected ecosystem

• Ability to design for products with various distinct user groups

• Experience working within a production design system and evolving it

• Extensive knowledge of components, variables, auto layout, and prototyping in Figma

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy

• Comfortable collaborating with Product on both qualitative and quantitative research

• Practical experience incorporating AI tools into your workflow

• Effective in working remotely as part of a distributed team
