Director, Product Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor a team of designers dedicated to enhancing growth and lifecycle experiences.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to establish strategy, priorities, and success metrics.

• Convert business objectives into well-defined user experience strategies and scalable design solutions.

• Promote user-centered design while balancing speed, experimentation, and impact.

• Create and improve processes for design discovery, iteration, and delivery.

• Utilize data, research, and experimentation to guide decisions and assess outcomes.

• Advocate for design at the executive level and engage in broader product leadership discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product design, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated experience in designing B2B2C and/or SaaS products, preferably involving complex workflows.

• Strong expertise in growth, onboarding, activation, or lifecycle design.

• Proven track record in driving measurable results (activation, retention, conversion, churn reduction).

• Experience in leading and developing high-performing design teams.

• Excellent product thinking skills and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional partners.

• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
