Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Developing comprehensive user experiences from start to finish.

• Supporting discovery phases and assisting in the formulation of product requirements.

• Designing, prototyping, and creating artifacts to enhance user testing and integrate insights into design improvements.

• Leading the design team to cultivate a mutual understanding and alignment on solutions that best serve our customers' needs.

• Aiding in the onboarding process for new design team members by sharing insights, best practices, and shadowing opportunities.

• Partnering with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to create and refine customer-facing products.

• Collaborating with fellow product designers and the front-end engineering team to oversee a design system utilized within the consumer product ecosystem.

• Working with engineering teams to ensure that the product's visual quality and user experience are refined and polished.

• Consistently seeking feedback from peers, including other product designers, product managers, and team members within your product team.

• Advocating for cohesion and consistency in UX design that unifies a growing array of products and features.

• Serving as a strategic leader with a vision for implementing experiences that epitomize the most customer-centric intersection of design, business, and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and launching digital products, including recent work on enterprise SaaS products.

• A portfolio that illustrates your design process and a variety of fidelity levels, along with completed design work. (A portfolio is mandatory for consideration.)

• Proven experience working closely with a cross-functional technology team, including product managers, engineers, QA, and business leaders.

• Expertise in Figma, including building components, sustaining design systems, and prototyping.

• A solid understanding of modern front-end frameworks and familiarity with current development philosophies/methodologies for building responsive web applications.

• Experience with Storybook and documenting guidelines for the use and implementation of components.
