UX Research Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in ongoing user research projects primarily concentrating on Text-to-Speech (TTS) quality and potentially Translation quality.

• Develop, set up, and oversee questionnaire-based research studies utilizing Qualtrics or comparable tools.

• Execute intricate survey logic and workflows in accordance with established study designs.

• Initiate and supervise studies to guarantee seamless execution and ensure data quality.

• Gather, organize, cleanse, and validate survey responses.

• Analyze study outcomes to uncover trends, patterns, outliers, and significant data drivers.

• Create structured summaries, visual representations, and reports for stakeholders.

• Work directly with client stakeholders on the US East Coast concerning study execution and reporting.

• Keep documentation up-to-date and ensure that research processes are systematic and replicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in supporting or conducting questionnaire-based research studies.

• Proven experience in collecting and validating survey responses and generating insight-driven summaries and reports.

• Proficient knowledge of Qualtrics, including the configuration of survey logic and workflows.

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to convey findings clearly.

• Capability to adhere to structured research plans and work independently.

• Strong preference for experience in Text-to-Speech (TTS), voice testing, translation quality, or related fields.

• Background in software, technology, or digital product environments.

• Understanding of statistics related to survey analysis.

• Familiarity with user interfaces and UX concepts.

• Experience collaborating with distributed or international teams.
