UX Designer, Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop user flows, wireframes, low to high fidelity prototypes, and interface specifications.

• Conduct usability testing, qualitative interviews, and research in alignment with team oversight.

• Translate the team's strategic directions into tangible deliverables for the product.

• Keep the Design System current and document design decisions.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams throughout the entire development cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in UX Design (mid-level).

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.

• Hands-on experience in creating user flows, personas, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Experience conducting usability tests and basic user research.

• Solid understanding of Design Systems and digital accessibility (WCAG).

• Preferred: experience with complex digital products or B2B.

• Preferred: basic knowledge of product metrics such as retention, conversion, and NPS.

• Preferred: familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS).

• Preferred: comfort in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

• Proficient in prompt engineering applied to design flow.

• Practical use of AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, or native Figma tools.

• Experience with AI-supported design for creating layouts, automated testing, or usage data analysis.

• Communicative, inquisitive, and proactive profile.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work independently and manage one’s own time effectively.

• Interest in engaging with challenging and innovative technological situations.
