This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with customers to uncover friction points, unmet needs, and potential opportunities.
• Incorporate customer feedback, market research, behavioral insights, and AI-driven data into product decision-making and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams from the initial discovery phase through to delivery.
• Shape the roadmap direction by leveraging customer insights.
• Transform intricate workflows into user-friendly experiences.
• Lead UX initiatives for one or more product domains and influence the development process and rationale.
• Utilize AI to expedite research, synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and validation processes.
• Explore and experiment with emerging AI technologies to facilitate the organization’s adoption of effective methodologies.
• Enhance collaboration among Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
• Elevate the overall design quality throughout the platform.
• Reinforce design systems, patterns, accessibility, and industry best practices.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the growth of the UX discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing intricate software products.
• Proven experience in designing enterprise, B2B SaaS, workflow-intensive, or platform-based products.
• Strong skills in discovery, research, and framing problems effectively.
• Experience in influencing product strategy, not solely design execution.
• Capability to thrive in uncertain situations and establish clarity.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated use of AI technologies to enhance discovery, insight generation, design exploration, validation, or product decision-making.
• Proven ability to translate customer insights and both qualitative and quantitative data into actionable steps.
• Ability to autonomously manage projects from problem definition through to delivery and evaluation.
• A genuine passion for understanding customer needs and addressing significant challenges.
• Experience in athletics, encompassing education, event management, coaching, officiating, or related fields, is highly preferred.
• A cellphone or personal device capable of receiving MFA texts or calls.
• An adequate internet connection for remote work, with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download.
