Lead Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead the design of experiences for digital products, from understanding the problem to the final solution.

• Create flows, information architecture, interactions, and user-centered experiences.

• Plan and execute research activities to reduce uncertainty and validate decisions.

• Translate research findings into concrete product decisions.

• Tackle strategic projects with problems and solutions that are not clearly defined.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Development, and other areas to design viable and high-impact solutions.

• Contribute to the construction, evolution, and governance of the Design System alongside the Lead UI Designer.

• Define and promote best practices in Product Design, usability, accessibility, and consistency.

• Design intuitive, consistent, and impactful digital products.

• Elevate the quality of Product Design and establish standards that enhance the speed and consistency of the team.

• Experience in UX and Product Design.

• Excellent judgment in UX and Product Design.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure poorly defined problems.

• Experience designing scalable and consistent products.

• Decision-making based on research and evidence.

• Capability to identify when a problem requires research, UX, interaction, or interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Experience in building Design Systems.

• Comfort in collaborating with technical and business profiles.

• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
