UX Designer – Networking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and design aspects of user experience solutions for products and service lines, adhering to established design principles and aligned with the design strategy, practices, and guidelines.

• Conduct tests and collect user experience data following predefined research plans and specifications; analyze, articulate, and present findings to design stakeholders.

• Evaluate, develop, and execute segments of user experience design plans, modifications, specifications, and reusable design components for both new and existing products.

• Collaborate and engage with internal and outsourced development partners regarding user experience design and development.

• Serve as a team member alongside other user experience designers and both internal and outsourced design and development partners to create comprehensive, high-quality user experience solutions for projects, products, and services of low to moderate complexity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in UX design.

• Familiarity with design principles, theories, and concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in developing and executing research and data collection plans for user experience testing and validation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and the local language.

• Proficient in conveying user experience data, design proposals, and product specifications, as well as negotiating alternatives.
