Senior Product Designer – Gestão, Financeiro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop solutions that support restaurants in their operations

• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure functional, simple, and high-value experiences

• Translate user needs and business objectives into simple, functional, and scalable product experiences

• Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent design vision

• Create flows, wireframes, interfaces, and navigable prototypes at various fidelity levels

• Refine, estimate, and contribute to prioritizations and negotiations with Product Managers

• Understand requirements and user stories to align product deliveries with development

• Participate in discovery and hypothesis validation, fostering a culture of experimentation

• Define metrics, analyze data, and track results

• Conduct user research and utilize insights to inform design decisions

• Perform benchmarks and competitive analyses

• Serve as a reference in the design chapter, contributing to processes, rituals, tools, and documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a digital product designer

• Completed higher education in related fields

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Proficiency in prototyping and design tools, particularly Figma

• Experience in end-to-end projects, with significant product deliveries and business impact

• Experience with discovery processes, conducting research, and hypothesis validation

• Self-driven, proactive personality with a critical eye on experience and quality of delivery

• Ability to define experience metrics and analyze qualitative and quantitative data

• Capability to manage multiple contexts simultaneously

• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and self-management skills

• Advantage: experience in food service products

• Advantage: experience with B2B SaaS financial management products or B2C personal finance apps

• Advantage: experience with Google Analytics, Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude

• Advantage: experience leading business research, such as NPS
