UX Designer – In-Store Digital Media, ESL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct continuous user research with retailers, brands, and store operations teams to identify workflows, challenges, and opportunities.

• Collaborate with product managers on customer discovery, engaging in interviews and translating findings into design implications.

• Design and implement usability tests to validate design hypotheses prior to allocating engineering resources.

• Create user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints that guide product strategy throughout the portfolio.

• Oversee the complete design process for In-Store Digital Media and ESL products, from initial concept to detailed specifications.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align user needs with technical limitations and business objectives.

• Establish and uphold design systems and component libraries that facilitate consistent and scalable product development.

• Communicate design rationale, progress, and insights to stakeholders across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of UX/product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.

• Experience with B2B products, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology platforms.

• Strong user research capabilities with a background in conducting discovery interviews, usability testing, and converting insights into design decisions.

• Proficient in modern design tools (Figma preferred) with the ability to develop design systems and component libraries.

• Experience designing for diverse user types with varying needs, contexts, and levels of technical expertise.

• Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage product challenges where effective solutions require experimentation.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey design rationale to engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
