UX Designer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Develop contextual user flows, interaction concepts, Figma wireframes, prototypes, and final design specifications for new product features.

• Design UX and UI for React web and native applications across various platforms including desktop, mobile, kiosk, and TV devices.

• Create digital hospitality experiences that enable guests to explore property amenities, book stays, manage reservations, streamline arrival and departure, and handle Caesars Rewards membership.

• Stay updated on and share emerging UX and UI trends while questioning the existing design system.

• Lead ideation workshops, conduct competitor analysis, design journeys, perform sorting exercises, and carry out accessibility audits.

• Engage in user research activities such as user testing, persona development, and mapping user journeys.

• Oversee the Design Management System and enhance product design standards, UX patterns, and information architecture schemas.

• Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and content leads to design for efficiency and resilience within infrastructure and business constraints.

• Receive, provide, and integrate feedback to elevate product quality.

• Deliver digital experiences across multiple channels in a timely manner.

• Maintain regular communication with leadership and stakeholders, addressing issues that impact product vision and experience.

• Provide defect-free prototypes and design specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a UX professional within an agile team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Background in teams or organizations that successfully launch high-quality digital products.

• Proficiency in responsive/mobile-first design, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.

• A demonstrable portfolio featuring wireframes, sitemaps, navigation flows, user journeys, process flows, interaction design, and technical design specifications that have contributed to a market-ready product.

• Experience presenting work to internal clients, leading workshops, and conducting stakeholder interviews.

• Ability to assimilate design critique feedback and iteratively improve designs.

• Skilled in designing web applications/apps incorporating motion, transitions, and contemporary techniques.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for presenting complex information clearly and managing sensitive information appropriately.

• Keen interest in emerging digital trends and the capability to translate them into seamless customer experiences.

• A proactive work ethic.

• Expert-level proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or other prototyping design tools.

• Extensive experience with the Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with Atlassian Application Lifecycle Management tools, including Jira and Confluence.

• Understanding of JavaScript libraries, CSS, HTML, front-end coding principles, and the Document Object Model (DOM).

• Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

• Comprehension of Lean Product Management and User Experience Design principles.
