UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Develop user-friendly and efficient digital experiences that meet the needs of both users and the organization.

• Engage in the entire design process, from identifying problems to delivering solutions.

• Work collaboratively with product, technology, and various teams to transform challenges into impactful products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Proven experience in agile team environments (Scrum/Kanban) and familiarity with squad routines.

• Experience in continuous discovery (dual-track) and prioritization in partnership with Product Managers.

• Background in developing B2B and/or B2C products.

• Understanding of product metrics such as OKRs, North Star, funnel, retention, and conversion rates.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices in inclusive design.

• Experience in contributing to Design Systems, including documentation, governance, and component evolution.
