UX Designer

📋 Description

• Create user flow journeys to identify both current and potential bottlenecks

• Present insights through visually appealing infographics utilizing data visualization techniques

• Develop customer mapping processes along with comprehensive solution documentation

• Share conceptual ideas and design strategies with the broader team

• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototype designs

• Facilitate various design workshops with stakeholders and internal teams

⛳️ Requirements

• At least four years of experience in a consultancy setting

• Proven track record in delivering projects for both public and private sector organizations

• Strong grasp of the UX lifecycle, its disciplines, and user-centered design (UCD) methodologies

• Familiarity or solid understanding of Lean UX practices within an Agile framework

• A robust portfolio showcasing the ability to design clear and efficient interfaces

• Knowledge of WCAG and A11Y Accessibility standards

• Experience in organizing and leading UAT workshops
